We provide specific, one-time technical services for your website. Here is the deal: we do not trap you in recurring monthly subscriptions. When you purchase a Maintenance package ($9), Virus Removal ($27), Speed Optimization ($42), or Website Migration ($62), you are paying exactly once for that specific job.
To do our job, we require temporary administrator access to your WordPress dashboard or hosting environment. We take your security seriously. We only access the files necessary to complete the agreed-upon work. Once we finish the job and notify you, we ask that you immediately revoke our access or change your passwords.
We aim to complete speed optimizations, virus removals, and updates within 24 to 48 hours. Website migrations depend on the size of your site and your current hosting provider. We keep you updated every step of the way, but exact completion times are estimates, not absolute guarantees.
Look, we are experts at fixing and speeding up websites. But we do not control your third-party hosting company or the code inside premium plugins you purchased elsewhere. If your hosting server goes offline, or a third-party plugin pushes a broken update that takes your site down, Flowhost Care LLC cannot be held financially liable for lost revenue or downtime.
Because we sell manual labor and digital services, our refund rules are very specific. Please read our dedicated Refund Policy page to understand exactly when and how we issue refunds.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any legal disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
